
Zydex range of spun sizing products include modified starches, polyester resins and acrylic sizing chemicals. Zydex modified starches eco-friendly alternative to PVA for spun sizing applications and are bio-eliminable thus reducing ETP loads without compromising properties such as bonding, lubricity, flexibility and abrasion resistance. Zydex polyester resins provide the benefits of excellent strength at lower dosages thus reducing ETP loads. The nano-dispersibility of polyesters helps impart outstanding strength due to the better penetration into the yarn. Zydex acrylic size products are designed for improved flexibility and wet pick-up resulting in reduced hairiness of yarn which is critical for air jet looms.
